Jess + Mike

June is always a favorite time of year for weddings with trees in full bud and flowers in bloom. It’s the perfect time to have a backyard wedding. Jess and Mike said their I Do’s and Jess’s parents house that is nestled on Gull Lake.

Their day was second shot by Heidi of Let It Be Photography. She captured their romantic laid back vibes perfectly. Kayla, A Simple Planner, helped Jess and Mike bring their dream wedding to life and make planning a wedding in their parents backyard as simple as possible.

To go along with their romantic, simple and laid back vision, we used a clean white, blush, creams and soft greenery color scheme. Incorporated in their designs were roses, lisianthus, wax flower, peonies, anemones, and eucalyptus.
